The new ROTARY soap presses will produce banded or non-banded soap bars. The machine is economical in die design and requires two bottom cavity dies and one top die. The actual number of tablets produced per stroke is limited only by the dimensions of the tablet.

The press is a horizontally stroking machine with one die set mounted on the oscillating ram and the other two sets mounted on a reciprocating mandrel. The mandrel indexes through 180 degrees after each stroke and the ejection takes place away from the pressing area.

The machine is extremely easy to clean and maintain with large window panels giving ready access to the working areas. All access doors are hinged and interlocked with the controls for maximum safety.
